Curse

I am trying to solo him with War/Mo combo. The hard part will be actually getting him alone, from his group.

Try 1)
Build: Dolyak Signet, Executioner's Strike, Gladiator's Defense, Healing Signet, Penetrating Chop, Vigorous Spirit, Live Vicariously, and Flurry (for the big healing combo).
First, I walk out toward the Reefclaw Ragebound Area, and wait until that area is pretty much cleared out from teh constant fights. Sometimes I would have to lure the outcasts to the other groups. I then see Jaxqui over to the Northwest side. HE then charges to an area of Luxon Creatures, he ends up loosing. I help him out a little, but, he ends up dieing. Now I know I must help and kill that group out quickly so Jacqui can be the last one left.

Try 2)
As I explore these areas I notice more and more bosses. I see Soulwhisper, Elder Guardian who drops a green, in the island patch area, and then see a large elementalist kraken eye, who also drops a green. Okay, so now I know how to get Jac alone, now just to kill him. At this point, I relise he has carried healing signet, which seems really hard to interupt. I will try it anyways. Sadly, I end up dieing. I find it a good idea to equip sprint.

Try 3)
In this try I replace penetrating chop with Desrupting Chop, hopefully I might get some luck. I finaly meet Jac alone, and run in with a Glad's Defense, and spamming my attacks when I can spare it. I see him use healing sig, and soon I find out his pattern, i then interupt it, and keep going in my patern, eventually, I take him down.. not easy. I don't get the drop !
Oh well, as long as I know it worked!

NOTE: Jac sometimes goes anywhere he wants and gets loured into otehr bosses's groups, if that happens, your out of luck, and must start over =/

I ''killed'' him like 6 times from 10 runes but I think >I< acctuly kill him only once
so it is very hard boss to farm
because you have to aggro him as fast as possible and then survive

Yeah, thats what I have been looking at too. Once you have him by himself, other groups just keep coming and coming.

Use the w/n build and grenths balance...

I had better luck with riposte/deadly rip/auspicous parry/watch yourself/dolyaks/bonettis(to cover healsig)/healsig/sprint than that grenths build. The ripostes deal more than enough damage at 14-15 tactics and at that level, heal sig works really quite well, so why throw 10 energy at grenths balance when you can use auspicious to not only defend yourself but also fuel riposte and bonettis and still have extra energy for deadly riposte or a sprint if necessary?
I pulled his group (the whole group) up the side of the hill where we weren't going to be interrupted, and took them ALL out.
Of course I've found touch ranger works just fine for him, or vengeful rit, or well frankly almost anything.

I've never -ever- seen him use heal sig... I hope thats not new... o well I got my shield finally last week
